To demonstrate your learning of the software this spring, your tour should include:
• University of Montana in 3D
• Your home or hometown, zoomed in view welcomed
• A country that you've been to or want to visit, zoomed in view
• Earthquake location
• A traffic jam
• The best subway route from Brooklyn to Queens
• A volcano
• A before and after of the Fukushima Nuclear PowerPlant meltdown
• A vacation spot you've been to or would like to visit
• The most interesting layer you can find
To add a photo to a placemark, the pushpin, first be sure you have the URL for the photo ready. Then, you can edit the properties of the placemark with the html code as shown in the brief video clip: http://www.extension.org/pages/9681/how-to-geotag-and-display-pictures-in-google-earth

Be sure to save as a .kmz file that you keep, as the computer you use to construct it may be erased. (see creating and saving a tour tutorial for saving the file on your flash drive).
